Well Being Aromatherapy
 The word Well Being has come to be synonomous with today's world. Moods and the way we feel can greatly affect our daily life. The mood management theory states that, to the extent possible, individuals tend to arrange their environment so that good mood is maximized or maintained, and bad mood is diminished or alleviated. Environmental arrangement can take many forms, including physically moving away from or avoiding situations that create negative effect (such as avoiding a stressful traffic jam), or moving toward or selecting situations that result in gratification (such as strolling in a beautiful garden).
Having a positive attitude can benefit us in many ways and one way we can affect this is by having a hopeful and optimistic attitude. Although hopefulness is somewhat different from optimism in that hope is an emotional state, whereas optimism is a conclusion reached through a deliberate thought pattern that leads to a positive attitude both emotions have been shown to be correlated with better immune systems.
Aromatherapy is playing an increasing part in stress techniques, relaxation and helping people in their moods and how to cope with life. To warm and uplift the spirit is to enhance the person’s general state of well being and this oil has been created for that very purpose.
