Stimulant
A stimulant is anything which has an enlivening effect on the body or mind. Some examples of stimulants are caffeine, alcohol and stimulating drugs. None of these should be abused but they can be useful in the short term.
There are a number of stimulant essential oils including Basil, Black Pepper, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Rosemary. Massage with Rosemary and Black Pepper essential oils can work wonders in reviving and is also good to use in baths. Try using Basil, Eucalyptus and Peppermint in an oil burner to keep you alert. Always ensure that you get enough proper sleep, nutrition and relaxation and these oils should be seen as short term aids.
