Ginger has been chosen for its ability to quell nausea and Peppermint is best known as a remedy for digestive upsets. It has antispasmodic properties and can help smooth the muscles of the stomach and gut. Chamomile is soothing and calming oil which can help if the traveler is nervous or wound up as well as being used in conjunction with digestive problems especially when the cause is nervous.
