Origin: Palmarosa is a scented grass from the same family as Lemongrasse and Citronella. It is native to the Indian sub-continent, and is thought of as one of natures copycats because it contains a number of elements found in rarer and more expensive plants.
Source: Although native to India and Pakistan, Palmarosa is also grown in Africa, Indonesia, Brazil and the Comoro Islands.
Skin Care: Palmarosa is known as a quality skin care oil because of its antiseptic properties which make it useful for acne and many other minor skin infection, such as, dermatitis, scars and sores.
