Both Cedarwood and Sandalwood are perfumes which are equally popular for both sexes and are great for any skin conditions. Cedarwood has a tonic and stimulant action on the whole body and is renowned to reduce stress and tension and Sandalwood is used widely in shaving preparations for its soothing action on the skin. Black Pepper is warming oil which can help stiffness and fatigue and can give a lift to many blends of essential oils whilst Orange is best known for its uplifting and sunny qualities and is reputed to help with insomnia. This combination of oils is also reputed to have aphrodisiac properties, to promote a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere as well as to warm and stimulate the body which can encourage expression and intimacy.
