Joints oil is multi-purpose and can be used for a variety of conditions. The actual process of massaging it gently into the affected area can sometimes be comforting and relieving. Rosemary is reputed to be good for treating tired, stiff and overworked muscles and therefore can be excellent for sports people or those involved in very physical work. It can also help with poor circulation. Ginger oil is renowned to ease arthritis, muscular aches and pains, rheumatism, sprains and strains and its warming qualities work well in massage. Geranium oil was considered by ancient civilizations to have powerful healing properties especially for fractured limbs. Today it is also used for cellulite and fluid retention.
