Origin: There are about 300 varieties of Eucalyptus. Most of the essential oil originates in Australia in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales. Recent research has confirmed the oils pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties, and its ability to reduce swelling and accelerate healing.

Source: The oil is native to Tasmania and Australia. It is now cultivated in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, California and China. Little of this oil now comes from its native countries

Skin Care: Pure Eucalyptus has wonderful antiseptic and healing properties and the Australian aborigines used to bind wounds with cloths soaked in Eucalyptus.
