Mental Fatigue
Any of the essential oils which are classified as stimulant can help to reduce mental fatigue although you have to be careful not to over use them. They can help to tide over a person during times of crisis but it is very important to make sure that the person gets proper rest and takes breaks from any mental tasks which are overly demanding.
The oils which are good to try are Basil, Peppermint and Rosemary. Try having a bath with a few drops of the oil or burn the oils in an oil burner whilst working.
Alternatively try putting 2 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Geranium and 2 drops Lemon in 10ml of carrier oil and use in a massage.
Or 2 drops Grapefruit, 2 drops Lime and 2 drops Neroli in 10ml of carrier oil and use in a massage.
