The words harmony and peace are closely associated in meaning. The absence of hostility and the ability to relate and harmonise with oneself and others lies at the very essence of the word harmony. Peace is the opposite of war and in order to achieve this people need to live in harmony with themselves and with each other. Relationships characterised by respect, justice, and goodwill all enhance harmony.
In its most apocalyptic sense, peace denotes a state of complete and final harmony, an end to conflict not only within the human race but between humanity and the natural world. This vision anticipates complete harmony in the future, during this lifetime or in an afterlife, often as initiated by God or some higher power(s), or even as achievable exclusively by human effort.
Feeling at peace within oneself is a necessary part of finding harmony. These feelings promote the preservation of health which is one of the Ayurvedic basic principles.
These herbs are blended in India using traditional Ayurvedic recipes. Ayurvedic medicaments are made from herbs or mixtures of herbs, either alone or in combination with minerals, metals and other ingredients. The ingredients used in this blend are Sandalwood, Lavender, Gugglu and Jatamansi.
