RECIPE 01: Pamper the elbows
With care and attention you can transform rough dry elbows. For a gentle bleaching effect try rubbing each elbow with half a lemon and then massage this cream in. 3 drops Orange Essential Oil, 3 drops Benzoin Essential Oil, 7gm beeswax, 15gm lanolin, 30ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil, 15ml Wheatgerm Oil, 60ml distilled water.
RECIPE 02: Nourish the hands
Slowly and gently massage the cream into your fingers and hands stroking from the fingers to the wrist. Make sure you include the nails and cuticles. 2 drops Melissa Essential Oil, 2 drops Chamomile Roman Essential Oil, 2 drops Rose Essential Oil, 7gm beeswax, 15gm cocoa butter, 20ml avocado oil, 20ml Evening Primrose Carrier Oil, 5 ml Carrot Seed Essential Oil, 35ml Orange Flower Water.

Massage into the abdomen, hips and thighs using large firm movements to boost the circulation. 3 drops Juniper Essential Oil, 3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil, 1 drop Geranium Essential Oil, 18ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil.
RECIPE 04: Soothing the abdomen, hips & thighs
Massage into the abdomen, hips and thighs using large firm movements to boost the circulation. 2 drops Chamomile Roman Essential Oil, 3 drops Marjoram, 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil, 18ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil.
RECIPE 05: Pamper swollen feet
Before commencing the massage of the feet soak both feet in a basin of warm water with 4 drops of any of the following: Juniper Essential Oil or Lemongrass Essential Oil or Rosemary Essential Oil. Then massage the foot from the toes to the ankle using your thumb to apply pressure to the sole of the foot and your knuckles to ripple all around the sole. Massage each toe not forgetting the nails. 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil, 2 drops Chamomile Roman Essential Oil, 10ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil.
RECIPE 06: Pamper Feet with rough skin
Before commencing the massage of the feet soak both feet in a basin of warm water with 4 drops of any of the following: Cypress Essential Oil or Geranium Essential Oil. Then massage the foot from the toes to the ankle using your thumb to apply pressure to the sole of the foot and your knuckles to ripple all around the sole.
Massage each toe not forgetting the nails. 7 drops Frankincense Essential Oil, 7 drops Geranium Essential Oil, 7 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil, 100ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil, 15gm Beeswax. Measure the beeswax and carrier oil into a bowl over the top of a pan of boiling water until melted. Remove and stir in the essential oils stirring until cooled. When thickened transfer into sterilized jars.

RECIPE 08: Pampering Milk and Honey Bath
10 drops Mandarin Essential Oil, 10 drops Geranium Essential Oil, 1 tsp liquid detergent, 100ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil, 25ml Vodka, 1 tsp Honey, 1 egg. Mix the ingredients together (in a blender if you wish on a low speed). Makes enough for 8 baths.

10 drops Neroli Dilute Essential Oil, 10 drops Rose Dilute Essential Oil, 1 drop Sandalwood Essential Oil.
